I placed an order and received a tracking ID within a day — but when I checked, it showed "order not found." I waited another day, still the same issue.
Meanwhile, they marked my order as "fulfilled." I contacted customer service, and they admitted the order hadn't even been dispatched yet.
I followed up again on Day 4 — still not dispatched. They promised it would go out that day. Called again on Day 5 — same story: still not dispatched.
This is honestly the worst service I've experienced. Zero transparency, misleading updates, and no urgency. Completely unacceptable.
