Choose "Pick up" at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours during working hours.
Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM. We will message you when your order is ready — please bring your order number.
SHIPPING
We ship across India.
Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours (Monday – Friday).
Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details, and you can follow it in the Parul Packaging app.
A GST invoice is included with every order.
HOW WE SHIP
We use third-party courier and freight aggregators to carry your order. Once a consignment leaves our works, transit times, routing and handling are in the carrier’s hands, and their delivery estimates are not a guarantee from us. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not something we can be held to.
If a consignment is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we will take it up with the carrier on your behalf and put it right.
Please check your boxes on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours, with photographs. Carriers will not entertain a claim after that.
CUSTOM & PRINTED BOXES
Custom-sized and printed boxes are made to order and take longer than stock items. We will confirm the timeline with you when your order is placed.
