ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed before 2 PM are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2 PM or on holidays are dispatched the next business day.
  • A GST invoice is included with every order.
  • For large bulk or custom-made orders, dispatch timelines may vary — our team will confirm the schedule with you.
SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA
  • We deliver pan-India through trusted courier and surface-transport partners.
  • Free shipping on all orders.*
  • Estimated delivery: metros and major cities typically 2 – 5 business days; other locations 4 – 8 business days. Remote or hard-to-reach pincodes may take a little longer.
ORDER TRACKING
  • Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details by email/SMS so you can follow your shipment to delivery.
LOCAL PICKUP & SAME-DAY DELIVERY (SURAT)
  • Self-pickup is available from our works: Shed-2, Vraj Compound, Besides Raj Imperia, Nr Simada Police Station, Vraj Chowk, Surat, Gujarat 395006. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
  • Within Surat city, orders placed before 3 PM on a working day are eligible for same-day local delivery.
