Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to orders placed with Parul Packaging. As most of our products are made-to-specification industrial packaging, please read the conditions below carefully.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at parulinternational06@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will verify and make it right with a replacement, reship, or refund. For verified damage, defects, or our error, we arrange and bear the return or replacement freight.

Returns of standard (non-custom) stock items
Unused standard catalogue items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first at parulinternational06@gmail.com to start a return — items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. For such returns (not caused by damage or our error), return shipping is arranged by the customer and a handling/restocking deduction may apply.

Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or refunded once produced or dispatched: custom-made, printed, or cut-to-size orders (boxes, rolls, sheets and similar produced to your specification); clearance or sale items; and any used, opened, or customer-damaged goods. Made-to-order packaging cannot be resold, so these are final-sale.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods (or verify a damage/defect claim), we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
Orders for standard stock items can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Custom or printed orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.
