Founder Zero Campaign – Official Terms & Conditions

Offered By: Parul Packaging (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

1. Introduction

The Founder Zero Campaign (“Campaign”) is a limited-period promotional initiative offered by Parul Packaging to eligible first-time customers. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The Campaign is valid exclusively for first-time customers placing their first order on the official Parul Packaging website.

2.2 A customer shall be considered a first-time customer only if no prior orders have been placed using any of the following:

• Mobile number

• Email address

• GST number

• Billing address

• Shipping address

2.3 Orders identified as duplicate, repeat, or associated with previously used credentials shall be deemed ineligible.

3. Mandatory Promo Code Requirement

3.1 To participate in the Campaign, the customer must apply the promo code “ZERO” at checkout.

3.2 Orders placed without applying the promo code “ZERO” shall not be eligible, even if the order number ends with the digit “0”.

3.3 The promo code must be successfully applied at the time of order placement. Retroactive claims shall not be entertained.

4. Campaign Mechanism

4.1 If an eligible customer’s first order number ends with the digit “0”, and the promo code “ZERO” has been applied, the Company shall refund the order amount in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Order numbers are system-generated and sequential. Customers cannot request, modify, reserve, or influence order numbers.

4.3 Eligibility shall be determined solely based on the final system-generated order number after successful payment.

5. Payment Conditions

5.1 The Campaign is valid on prepaid orders only.

5.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible under any circumstances.

5.3 The payment must be successfully completed for the order to qualify for evaluation under this Campaign.

6. Refund Terms

6.1 Eligible refunds shall be processed within 48 hours after successful delivery confirmation.

6.2 Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

6.3 The maximum refundable amount under this Campaign shall not exceed ₹3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand Only) per eligible order.

6.4 Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or third-party transaction fees, if imposed separately in future, shall not be refundable beyond the stated cap.

7. Cancellation & Order Integrity

7.1 Orders placed under this Campaign are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

7.2 Any cancellation requests made after payment may result in permanent disqualification from the Campaign.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to deny eligibility if any attempt to manipulate order sequencing, create multiple accounts, split orders, or otherwise exploit the Campaign is detected.

8. Abuse & Fraud Protection

8.1 Only one eligible order per customer/entity shall qualify under this Campaign.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to:

• Verify customer identity

• Request additional documentation

• Reject suspicious or fraudulent orders

• Cancel orders without notice if misuse is detected

8.3 The Company’s decision regarding eligibility, interpretation, or dispute resolution shall be final and binding.

9. Modification & Termination

9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
