Account & Data Deletion

Parul Packaging lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Parul Packaging app, go to Account → Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit. This permanently removes your name, email address, phone number and saved delivery addresses from our systems.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email sales@parulpackaging.com (or parulinternational06@gmail.com) from your registered email address, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We process these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is retained

We delete your personal contact details and account access. Please note that past order and invoice records are retained where we are legally required to keep them (for example, for GST and tax compliance), but your personal data is removed or anonymised.
