Returns Policy

At Parul Packaging, we take care to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in excellent condition. If, however, there is any issue with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Customers may request a return within seven days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and received back in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. As our products are packaging supplies, partial use or any signs of tampering make the item ineligible for return, since such products cannot be repacked or resold. If a return is initiated because the delivered item is incorrect, defective, or does not match the order placed, our team will verify the issue through internal checks. Upon confirmation, we will cover the return shipping and ensure that a replacement or a full refund is arranged promptly.

In situations where the order was placed incorrectly by the customer, or the requirement has changed after delivery, the product may still be returned as long as it remains completely intact. In such cases, return shipping would need to be arranged by the customer, and the refund issued after inspection will reflect deductions for both the original shipping and the return transit charges.

Refunds are processed only after the returned package reaches our facility and passes quality inspection. Once approved, our team initiates the refund to the original payment method, and the timelines for the amount to reflect depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider, which may take a few working days. Exchanges are handled through the same return-and-reorder process, allowing customers to place a new order once the initial return has been accepted. All shipments are currently delivered only within India. Domestic shipping is provided free of charge, and delivery timelines vary based on location, typically ranging from three to ten business days. Since corrugated boxes and packaging materials are bulky in nature, all shipments are packed securely to avoid damage in transit. We request customers to inform us immediately in the rare event of receiving a visibly damaged or mishandled package so that we can intervene with the courier partner and resolve the matter quickly. Our objective is to maintain a fair and customer-friendly approach while ensuring responsible use of the return facility. Every return is evaluated individually, and our support team is always available to guide customers through any concerns regarding their order, delivery, or product condition.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
